Busy weekends leave one way too tired for Mondays. But its worth the lack of sleep to spend time with friends and family who I rarely see. Got to hear lub you from Ms Zoey today, which I never get tired of:). Had fun at Gustos with the girls on Saturday. And the topper as always is todays awesome service and beautiful faces at MCC Omaha, which made it complete. I only wish I could see more of them. Jenna treasures her project from Sunday school there. She had a great time and always seem more upbeat being around such positive, loving and honest energy from the people there. Wish I could bottle it and give it to her to carry with her when she cant be there. :( Ofcourse, then grandma Rose decides to jack up that happy mojo by enlightening Jenna of her Italian heritage and stopped at the Santa Lucia Festival where she saw the statue of the patron saint upclose....You Italian and 10th Street alumni know which one Im referring to...The one with her holding her own eyeballs on a platter to express the torture she endured... Good to know that lovely morbid statue has the same stunned affect to a 4year old now as it did 46 yrs ago. Ofcourse my mom back then used to throw us up on the thing so we could have pictures taken with it...yeah...that didnt scar me for life....not at all... :-/ #badgrandma
