"But because of the Pharisees they would not openly acknowledge their faith for fear"...John 12:42 How many of us are afraid to confess Christ. Perhaps we are afraid as some of the those who were leaders in the days of Jesus. For they to believed in Him yet they were fearful to proclaim Christ because they might get kicked out of the synagogue or religious center of their day. Has the enemy kept you from shining the light of Jesus Christ in your workplace for fear of Human Resources and Policies. Perhaps you work in a secular industry that is full of godless people and you feel outnumbered and tend to keep your faith to yourself. Fear of losing your position or job, or perhaps friends within your sphere of influence. What is it that has boxed you into fear and kept you from truly burning bright for Christ? Let us examine ourselves today for Jesus proclaimed to the people this truth, Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God. But he who denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God. Luke 12:8-9
