But how this reading habit should be developed? There has to be strong motivation and other factor that lead a student or any person to form a habit of reading. Or it could be the different set of biological brain depending on its quality: a brain from a genius breed, a brain from an average gene or there could be the low quality of brain. The first normally has the easiest capacity of understanding what to do and what the brain needs and it has the thirst of searching complex understanding and knowledge of many things compared to other set of brains. Brain out of this quality needs intense nurturing, nourishment, motivation and the like. This is where the nurturer must find ways how to substantiate such kind of brain. The burden comes from the nurturing parents. However, it is undeniable fact that the quality of life most of the parents experienced, is one great factor of neglecting the basic parts of learning since most of the time is engulf by the necessity of earning a living and finding food to eat. This burden is passed on to teachers that is why it is a very tedious job on their part how this could be given solutions. Aggravated by lack of budgets due to corruption is again another problem that makes the situation worst. The answer is K+12, is it really?
