When the excitement finally died, we were pleasantly and reliably informed that such utility Hummers actually cost between 8M and 12M. It also emerged that Raila had actually borrowed it from a then 28-year-old tycoon Mr John Bosco Gichana. Then a lady with nothing to her name but her a** appears on a national TV and declares that her bleach cost her 50M Kenyan Shillings. FIFTY MILLION SHILLINGS? Really? Kenyans suddenly go ga ga about it! The media take no effort to independently authenticate these lies, and continues to feed us with this blatant, annoying and shameless lie! We have pastors everywhere claiming to have direct lines to GOD and they can buy you hot miracles from heaven as you wait, and we BELIEVE! No wonder politicians enjoy lying to us. Because we are irredeemably addicted to LIES Kenyans!
