But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. I get so tired sometimes, dont you. Especially on Monday mornings when it seems like the week end has gone by so fast and we didnt accomplish a portion of what we intended, and we know the week ahead of us is filled with to much to do! Busy people - almost to busy. This morning as the alarm clamored in my ear, I groaned knowing that 5 hours sleep just was not enough. Rubbing my eyes and preparing to pray and read - I realized God gave me another day. He doesnt have to. Many have been taken by Him early in their lives. I am blessed. Another day to read his Word, pray, worship Him. A great day. Okay - this is better Im thinking and then todays verse. I love the way God orchestrates my life. He knows just what we need when we need it doesnt He? 😊 They that wait upon The Lord. . . I want to be a they. I want my strength renewed. I want to not become weary - I want to run and walk and not faint! We can all be theys - but we must wait upon The Lord. Tired we will get but know that God is there to lift us up and give us strength. I am very thankful for Isa. 40:13. Dear Lord you are so amazing. When I dwell on you all those negative circumstances, burdens, hurts are lifted. You give me hope and new perspective. Thank you Lord for loving me and meeting our needs in body, soul, mind and material. Amen.
