But when Peter was come to Antioch, I WITHSTOOD him to HIS FACE, because he was to be BLAMED. For BEFORE that CERTAIN Jews came from James, he DID EAT with the Gentiles: but when THEY were come, he WITHDREW and SEPARATED himself, FEARING them which were of the CIRCUMCISION. And the OTHER Jews DISSEMBLED LIKEWISE with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was CARRIED AWAY with their DISSIMULATION. But when I SAW that they WALKED NOT UPRIGHTLY according to the TRUTH of the Gospel, I said to Peter before them all, “If you, being a Jew, live after the MANNER of Gentiles, and NOT as do the Jews, why do you COMPEL the Gentiles to LIVE as do the Jews? (Galatians 2:11-14)… This is a very troublesome area in the Body of Christ today that truly needs to be corrected, where we see SIN being committed amongst ourselves but dismiss it, overlook it, and let it go instead of CORRECTING, REBUKING, and INSTRUCTING in RIGHTEOUSNESS. Many of us are in churches where the LEADERSHIP are BLATANTLY VIOLATING the Word of God and what we KNOW to be HOLINESS; yet we TIMIDLY continue sit up under it as though this is HOW thing are SUPPOSED to be. But Jesus has CALLED us to a HIGHER CALLING than to ALLOW SIN to REIGN where RIGHTEOUSNESS to GREATER. None of us were BORN AGAIN by SIN but by RIGHTEOUSNESS. So for us to CONTINUE to PERMIT SIN to TEAR DOWN, DAMAGE, and WEAKEN the Body of Christ is the RESPONSIBILITY of EVERY Christian to STAND AGAINST! Our PASSIVITY isn’t EDIFYING anything. Our COMPLACENCY isn’t BUILDING our INTEGRITY! For SALVATION and WALKING in the Spirit isn’t a DO as I SAY, NOT as I DO exercise, but to DO according to God’s Word is an ABSOLUTE DEFINITE that’s UNCHANGEABLE. We – each and EVERY Christian - must ALL take an ACTIVE STANCE against SIN in the Body of Christ so that God can STAMP IT OUT!!!
