Butt lift day 2! Exercise 1. Mermaids - toes touch wide to the floor, lift legs straight up to touch heels together. Find the sweet spot on the ball. Exercise 2. Ham curls- hips lifted, curling legs in, keep downward pressure in the heels, slow and controlled movement. For more advanced lift one leg to the sky. Combine all exercises in a great butt lift H.i.i.t circuit. 30 sec ice skaters, 30 sec mermaid, 30 sec ham curl left, 30 sec ham curl right. 10 sec rest in between and repeat 3 times.
