Butter Lemon Snow Drops Mix thoroughly: 1 cup butter (softened) 1/2 cup powered sugar the juice from 1 whole lemon 2 tsp lemon zest Blend in: 2 cups flour 1/4 tsp salt If dough is soft, cover and chill Heat oven to 400*. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet. Roll and cover with 1/2 cup powdered sugar
