Buyer Beware! Burlington Volkswagen is the most dishonest company - TopicsExpress

Buyer Beware! Burlington Volkswagen is the most dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It all started over 2 years ago when I purchased their lemon they passed off as certified. Im not a mechanic, but even I could tell there was a problem after the first month. Either their mechanics are inexperienced or management just cares about making $$, but there is no way that vehicle should have been sold in the first place if properly inspected. So, two years later and a stack of work orders 2 inches thick, including the motor being completely replaced, I was in there once more this week. Again it has another problem which was most likely caused by their incompetent mechanics because according to their parts manager he has never seen these bolts break on their own. But because my car is now out of its Volkswagen warranty, it isnt covered. So we did purchase their extended warranty, but because the problem is the bolts fault, it wont be covered. So Burlington VW would like to bend me over and rape me up the a$& to the tune of $2k for a job my husband can complete for about $40. They dont look you in the eye when they speak to you and try and talk to you like you are an idiot. The girl actually had the nerve to tell me that they dont use air tools there. Come on! I may be a female, but Im not that much of an idiot about cars...And to make matters worse, when I first noticed problems with the car, all of my voicemails and emails to management went ignored. People always seem to be on vacation when there is a problem to be addressed. The only one who seemed interested in my concerns was my case manager at Volkswagen headquarters, who will now be called again. They are scumbags who knowingly send mothers of small children off in unsafe vehicles. Do not go here! If you want a Volkswagen, most people I know, now use Cherry Hill. I will also be adding them to PSE&Gs black list of companies not to do business with. Im sure they will delete this post quickly, my hopes are that at least one potential customer reads this and chooses to go elsewhere.
