Buyer beware when dealing with Tigerdirect. When purchasing online understand that they will credit hold the entire purchase to begin then charge the full amount again. So effectively double the purchase price. They give the credit hold back 3-5 days later but by this time you could be negative in your account and incurring charges. The only way I found out about it was checking my online statement. When I called them to inquire about it I was told that only my bank could undo those charges. No worries I did a three way call with the bank. Guess what Tiger Direct is the only one that can cancel charges. Im pretty sure what they are doing is stealing but they are protected by the law that allows a credit hold. Most facilities do this but hold a dollar or two not the full amount but also dont charge a second time also. Just be aware when your shopping online. The only reason I shopped here is that it was recommended to us for what we need right now. Feel free to share so someone else doesnt get bit like I did.
