Buyers beware do not purchase any electronics thru this person below, I bought a iPod from lady in below pics for 60.00, when my 6 year old woke up Christmas morning he was so excited Santa brought him an iPod only to find out it is ios4.1 and it wont download any apps cause it is so outdated. I asked for a refund and to return the item and the lady is saying she didnt have any problems downloading apps, anyone who knows Apple knows this is not true, as a outdated iPod cant download the apps due to outdated software, I tried updating but it does not have that option. The lady wont refund me now. My son was in tears Christmas morning and after all this she still wont refund me!
