BuyersVoice has received a disturbing report of a 16-year-old boy being falsely accused of shoplifting by a supermarket employee who appears to have judged him purely on the basis of his appearance. A social media post about it came to the attention of Coles but they did nothing about it. He therefore contacted Coles who told him that it is being investigated by the store manager and they would provide a written response. 6 weeks later, silence.
