Buzzing after yesterdays monster deadlift session.. Fuel by @Muscletech Nano vapour (2scoops) blue raspberry which is awesome btw! The focus levels are off the chart.. Compared to last weeks 9 sets I opted for 8 instead so I could try pyramid and push past last weeks failed deadlift - It went as follows 1x 20reps @ 61kg/132lb 1x 10reps @ 142kg/313lb 1x 6reps @ 183kg/403lb 2x 6reps @ 224kg/493lb 1x 4reps @ 240kg/529lb (failed last week) 1x 1rep @ 247kg/544kg (New PR but failed first attempt in video) 1x 12reps @ 183kg/403 (Failure at 12reps) I followed this up with some lower back glute and hamstring work + 100rep seated curl finisher also... (RIP) So Ive parked my off season weight at 187lb which makes my new PR (Personal Record) 16lb off 3x my body weight with NO straps just chalk! Im far from done on the journey, I will be adding creatine in next week to help with recovery and start edging towards 3x my bodyweight, question is? Will I get it before 2015?? ⏳⌛️ Hope you enjoyed the preview??
