To see people not only with their physical eyes but to see people with our spirit. Because that is where love is strongest in the realm of the unseen. What if I could see through the eyes of the Lord? Would I see people as more precious than gold or any material thing in this world. Jesus sees the heart of a person to their very soul. He sees your tears, your joy and your pain, youre good and your bad. Most importantly He sees your love. Yes, use your God given discernment and common sense. Yet somehow give or contribute to a world that has so many hurting people in need of some love. I heard recently that the enemy is hunger not the hungry. So true and beautifully well put. Just by giving a small gesture of kindness and a few kind words you will be surprised at how we can choose to make a positive difference in this world. Just look at the ripple effect. I thank the Lord Jesus for saving my life and I love to serve God daily. I love to be an encourager of people. For I once was lost but now Im found. I once was a homeless teen runaway. I remember a few times sleeping in parks or in a shopping center. I wondered if anyone cared whether or not if I lived or died? Long ago in the 1980s. Oh but when I heard about the love of Jesus it gave me a hope like nothing in this world. I thoughtto myself. What love is this. I had never ever experienced the love of a mother. So the first time I experienced the love of Christ was by God using another person as a vessel or instrument if you will. The love of Jesus is what I was compelled to. I know now because the love of Jesus is not of this world. I praise God because now in Christ I am whole. From birth basically being clipped off my momma to children shelters and foster homes, to sleeping in parks feeling unloveable. It was the Love of Jesus for me that literally changed me from the inside out. From darkness to light. From being an angry teen to a loving husband and Father many years of suffering, agony and pain. I praise God because now in Christ I am whole. But most importantly I praise God because now I am loved. God is love and love is God love is the most powerful force in all of existence. It is indestructible, eternal, forever and always, magnificent, wonderful, counselor, friend, father, mother, omnipresent, omnipotent, everywhere and in everything. We need only to choose love daily and His name is Jesus. Choose love, and love you will be with eternally... Jesus loves you and so do I. NKJV John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that who so ever believes in Him shall not parish but have everlasting life... To God be the glory forever and ever Amen. +++
