By DAVE HAWKINS SPECIAL TO LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL A man who was questioned in the disappearance of an 8-year-old Bullhead City, Ariz., girl was booked into the Mohave County jail on a kidnapping charge early Thursday. Mohave County Sheriff’s office spokeswoman Trish Carter said Bullhead City police booked Justin James Rector, 26, into the jail in Kingman, Ariz., at 4:45 a.m. Neither Carter nor Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt were able to provide any information on the kidnapping charge or if it was related to the disappearance of Isabella “Bela” Grogan-Cannella. Fromelt said Bela was put to bed late Monday night, but discovered missing from the bedroom of her home on Lakeside Drive at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
