By: Joe Lewis An Address: to Family Court & CPS Reform WAGING & DEFENDING AGAINST PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE A strategy and stratagem for victory - Part 1 All men who have been victorious at waging war know that: all planning for war is conducted on the battlefield of the mind before it is actually executed on a physical battlefield. The tactical concepts conceived by the mind are brought to life by the physical attributes that one finds in the strength and weaknesses of both his and his opponent’s forces. Understanding this fact mean that war can be waged on 4 fronts, which are psychological & physical and direct & indirect attack. When waged effectively on either one of these fronts, they can yield the same results, those being: life & death, prosperity & despair, safety & ruin. A psychological war has been waged on the American family unit and through its methods; the casualties of this psychological war are overwhelming in number. The forces at work in this maniacal war are Judicial, Governmental, Policy and Organizational. In tactically dealing with these forces, I will share five rules out of many that I have devised through trial and error. Heed them and be victorious, heed them not and suffer defeat at your own peril. Rule 1) know your enemy and know yourself and you will never see peril in a hundred confrontations. Knowing your enemy is of vital importance for victory. The Judicial, Governmental, Policy and the Organizational forces at work are all bound by rules, laws and regulations that individually circumscribe the tactical maneuvers of each of these groups. Individually they are weak but united that are a force to reckon with. Each one of these groups’ posses’ skills that serve a particular purpose and also have an applied scientific thinking to them. It is the science of thought applied to the skill that makes it formidable. This scientific though can only be learned by getting education from the educated! There has been a lot of self-education in our movement to reform our Family Courts and CPS Systems. This has resulted in large amount of individuals “knowing too much of the wrong thing!” Exact or precise information on the battlefield is worth more than a hundred regiments. We must find the individuals who have been educated in the skilled, informational areas to lead the movement. Let the ones who are educated in law handle law, political science handle government, the formula for policy handle policy and those who have effective management skills of a 501c3 as well as community organizational skills handle the organization. Heed this and your will see victory heed it not and suffer defeat at your own peril. End of rule 1) part 1.
