By Jubilee Malambo Kariba ward councilor who is also Siavonga district council Chairman, Darious Mulunda has described the death of a 30 year old Fisherman of Siavonga, who was murdered on Friday night as Painful and sad. Mr Mulunda told Kariba FM news this afternoon that he received the news of the incident with great shock and has since called on all Siavonga residents to learn to live in Harmon as one family. And Mr Mulunda has appealed to the law enforcement agents to intensify patrols in all fishing camps in the district in order to safe guard the lives of the people. The civic leader said further appealed to all fishermen to develop a sense of responsibility by spending their hard earned monies on their families as opposed to spending it on beer drinking. On Friday night Wezi Chimwazi a worker at Animal Proteins Company limited was murdered around 02:20 hrs by Christopher Manyepa after the two had some misunderstanding at a named drinking place. Chimwazi will be buried tomorrow at new Mitcho cemetery while the suspect Christopher Manyepa is been held by police at Siavonga police station.
