By Safia Mansour Required AV PA Software Programmer - Ihsan Co. for Electrical Contracting He or she is responsible for all aspects of the low voltage system scope on multiple systems, ranging from AV, PA, Security Surveillance systems, access control... etc through design, installation, training to complete system handover. He or she will be interacts with multiple design disciplines, project management on a regular basis to provide innovative and cost effective solutions. Responsibilities: • Responsible for low voltage system design and project management activities like estimation, preparing RFP’s, design, coordination and installation drawings. • Review and understanding legal contracts documents, scope of work, specifications, plans and codes to design cost-effective systems. • Excellent procurement strategies, budget, installation methods, schedules and plan for each project to maximize best scope. • Assist estimating department with project bids, evaluating third party design as value engineering when necessary. • Experience in IT networking and Office servers. • Experience in AV designing and preparing proposal as per the design. • At least 2 years of relevant experience with low voltage systems. • Experience and hands on experience on maintaining office network and medium business office servers. • Experience on AV system in understanding, designing. • Experience on Home-Automation system like Crestron, Extron.. etc • Must experience in commercial projects. • Ability to manage and coordinate with other. • Ability to think around and outside the box for solutions. • Should be technical strong and creative. • Should be multi tasking, thrive in fast-paced work environment and able to work on pressure. • Through knowledge of Low Voltage system with extensive experience in CTC tender projects. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting required AutoCAD drawings. • Professional appearance with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient working experience on Microsoft office, projects and other project management software. • Demonstrate and uphold values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.
