Matthew7:16-20niv Friends, I Have Often Wondered Why Jesus Was So Repetitive With This Passage Of Scripture? But Given The Current News Events, I Understand More Clearly. WE Are Living In A Time Where Truth Is Thought To Be Manipulated And Contorted To Whatever The Loudest Group Wants It To Be! I Have Heard An Old Phrase That Fits In These Situations, If You Cant SWAY Them With The Truth, Then BAFFLE Them With Bull. GOD HAS GIVEN US A MIND TO REASON BETWEEN TRUTH AND FICTION...LET US USE IT! I Know That There Are People In This World That CLAIM To Have OUR Best Interests In Mind. I Also Know That There Are People On The Fringes Of Extremism, On Both Sides Of The Spectrum, That Want Nothing But Anarchy And Hatred. And Believe Me, THAT IS NOT OF GOD! So, How Do WE Pick Those People Out...BY THEIR FRUIT YOU WILL RECOGNIZE THEM... In Verses 16-17-18-19, Jesus Keeps POUNDING This Message Into OUR Hearts, LOOK AT THE FRUIT THAT THEY ARE PRODUCING: ~In What They SAY... ~In How They ACT... ~In How They TREAT Others... Christ Keeps Reminding US That Bad Fruit CANNOT Grow From A Good Tree, And Good Fruit CANNOT Grow From A Bad Tree...
