By @cspealler: All the pieces of a strict muscle up apply to a kipping version aside from the false grip. Lean back in a plank position during the pull to get your hands close to below your chest with knuckles close together. Once you are there imagine doing a big sit up while keeping your toes a bit out in front as you trace your chest with your thumbs and drive your elbows behind you. Press out and youre there.
