By @dawnpdarnell_wefit Yesterday I had a burst of energy or maybe it was just determination to have this baby that I went to the gym for the first time in over 2 months. One thing I love about working out is the natural high you get after. Its one of the most empowering feeling to get through a workout and know you are that much stronger than you were yesterday. In the video I do two exercises: one modified wide leg squat with a medicine ball for added support and the other weighted to add an extra challenge. The reason why I focus on a wide leg squat because it is a more natural position for labor and helps in getting the baby in the right position for birth. It also helps opens up and strengthens your pelvic area as well. In the next 10 days as I count down to my due date I will try 10 different natural inducing labor ways and share them with you.
