By most accounts I have read so far, Dear Leader has not made any progress at the G20 Summit in St. Petersburg on any issues, especially the global economy and Syria. Russia and China both have veto powers in the UN Security Council, and would undoubtedly block any attempt at a UN coalition intervention in Syria; which is why Obama is getting permission from Congress ( even though Moscow and Beijing both say that US intervention without UN approval is against international law ). Secondly, he made no gains in trying to win over people on how to balance and stimulate the global economy. Too bad for him, Russia, China, and other nations in Asia and South America have begun plans to form their own global trade organization that will rival the west. So, the scores are Dear Leader = -1,592,743. Russia = +3.
