Well, in my honest opinion, its situations like this that should not eventually move to the back burner. Bullying is clearly an issue that is still not being properly within schools. Suspending or expelling a student who participates in such disgusting acts against another shouldnt just be cut off and moved on to another school where theyll more then likely bully others. They need to be punished. Harshly. And a situation like this needs to transcend beyond educational punishment. The law needs to get involved. This kind of act is unacceptable. Share that video.
