By now most everyone has learned of the passing of our friend Bobby Yeiser. I can remember the first time I met Bobby in Mrs. Bensons fourth grade class. We had just moved to Savannah and Mrs. Benson asked Bobby to introduce me to all my new classmates. We went to scout camp together, played sports together, double dated, spent time boating, and later shared an apartment in Memphis together. We got in alot of trouble at school together and him and Martin Lee were both with me when I backed over the telephone pole on the walmart parking lot. One time we sprayed Pepper Spray in the mens room at a home basketball game and cleared out the entire visitors section of the gym when Mr. Love turned the ventilation system on. It only spread the Pepper Spray more. I think that is the only time we ever got away with anything because we usually got caught no matter what. Just like we did when we tried to sneak some beer out of the house for a camp out. I can also remember the last time I saw Bobby. He just had a way of making you remember him and made it special to be around him. We went boat riding on Kentucky Lake, sat around the deck grilled all kinds of food and talked how skinny we used to be. I will miss my friend and lifelong buddy Bobby Yeiser. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
