By the recent posts I am seeing, I realize that we are all devastated by the death of Robin Williams and that he took his own life. Can you imagine how devastated he felt the moment he made that decision? Please, dont take depression lightly. It will not pass without help. It can deepen and create more issues for you including your health and of course your sanity. If a friend tells you they are depressed, anxious, whatever, do not tell them to buck up and take it like a man. Give them a hug. Give them your ear. Help them to understand that just because there is no blood test to check for emotional and psychiatric disorders, that they are still very real and very deadly. Love one another and be kind. You have no idea what the person next to you is holding in and hiding behind their smile and talent. Dear Robin Williams, the man who made us laugh, the man who made us cry, may your soul and your mind now rest in peace :(
