Remember- a stretch is only good if you perform it correctly. Maintain proper body posture to ensure you are stretching the right areas and getting the most out of the movement. In this stretch it is important to keep your shoulders pulled back and back straight- dont round it forward to make it look like you can stretch further than you can.
