C2 PRELIMINARY FINAL PREVIEW By Ben Spencer SAAFL © Old Ignatians stole victory from Hope Valley with a kick after the siren to seal a thrilling 1 point triumph. Likewise Plympton had an agonising loss to Athelstone by 4 points in a low scoring affair. Lawrence Comazzetto was a contributing factor for iggies getting over line, he had support from Nick Bailey, Joe Maloney, Lewis Abbott and Jordan Gyss. These players will need to put in the same effort to get them over the line this week against a professional Bulldogs outfit. Nick Orchard, Chris Smith, Jim Smith and Ben Kennewell are important players for Plympton and have been pivotal for the Bulldogs reaching the preliminary final. Both sides have 1 win apiece in their two meetings this season suggesting that this encounter will a tough tussle all day. With fine weather expected over the weekend this will benefit both sides and make the game a good spectacle for supporters and players. Both teams are evenly matched and this match could go down to the wire.
