I want to start blending some things for Jovan but i dont want to give him acid reflux or heartburn please help so far i got whole grain cereal, bananas, apples, carrots, grapes, honey, beans, sweet potatoes, strawberries, and peas what else can i add? Oh and do you guys give a vitamin supplement is it perscribed or over the counter?
