CAHIR CLUBS SET UP NEW YOUTH SOCCER TEAMS Two soccer clubs in Cahir are hoping to have new youth teams. St Kieran’s Football Club are hoping to set up a youth team for the coming season. If 20 lads agree to play, St. Kieran’s will put a team into the youth league. Players are invited from any town or village. A Facebook page has been set up called St. Kieran’s Youths FC. Like and share the page to stay up to date with any developments. Meanwhile, the town’s other soccer club, Cahir Park AFC, are calling all girls in the area, born between 1995 and 1998, who are interested in playing youth soccer, possibly in seven-a-side games, to contact Linda on 0864044909.
