DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: 04 August, 2013 CONTRIBUTORS’ GUIDELINES 1 The Editorial Board of Revista Gragoatá accepts unpublished originals, in the form of articles, reviews, and interviews, in Portuguese, Spanish, English or French. 2 The Editorial Board may suggest alterations in structure or content of the material submitted. 3 Articles must not exceed 25 pages; reviews 8 pages, and should be sent to revistagragoata@gmail – subject line: REVISTA GRAGOATA #35; c/c [email protected] or wiltshire.marialucia@hotmail 4 Title/abstract in both Portuguese and English 5 Author’s name, institution, and email should appear directly below the Title 6 Text must be typed in TNR, font 12, double-spaced, margins 3cm all around 7 Paragraphs must have an indentation of 1cm 8 Citations must have an indentation of 2cm 9 Use of italics for all foreign words and expressions, as well as book and journal titles 10 Do not use UPPER CASE, with the exception of LAST NAMES in REFERENCES (cf. below) 11 References should be indicated in the body of the text, with last names in UPPER CASE (ex: SILVA, 1992, p. 3-23) 12 Notes should be restricted to a minimum, and should appear as endnotes. 13 The list of bibliographical references should appear at the end of the text, according to the following examples: BOOKS: Ex.: SHAFF, Adan. Historia e verdade. Sao Paulo: Martins Fontes,1991. ARTICLES Ex.: COSTA , A.F.C. da. Estrutura da producao editorial dos periodicos biomedicos brasileiros. Trans-in-formacao, Campinas, v. 1, n.1, p. 81-104, jan./abr. 1989. 14 Illustrations, charts etc must be sent with quality resolution, in order to guarantee quality reproduction, and should be titled as well as indicated accordingly in the text (Fig. 1, Fig. 2 etc). 15 ALL TEXTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ABSTRACTS IN BOTH PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH (max. 250 words), as well as 3-5 KEYWORDS, also in both PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH. 16 Contributors whose pieces are accepted will receive two copies of the issue.
