It is part of a ‘people first’ or ‘people centered’ methods of management,which avoids centralized, hierarchical decision-making; The Alumni Association of Karatina University shall promote the interests, welfare and educational aims of Karatina University and its alumni, establish and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship between Karatina University and its alumni, and encourage lifelong engagement of Princeton University’s alumni with their fellow alumni and the Karatina University community.
