CALL TO THE WALL - RESTORE THE LAND OF ISRAEL A CALL TO ALL MEN TO COME MAKE THERE STAND AS WATCHMEN Isaiah 62:6 I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem This is the window of the opportunity for all men around the world to stand together with Israel. The greatest future still lies ahead and all prophecies of the word of God must come into fulfilment. This is not the time to give up but to embrace what is waiting for the entire world ahead. The prophet Isaiah spoke about this vision and a Spiritual Revival of God Almighty. The exciting message is that God is going to pour out His Spirit of Grace and supplication on this nation and the inhabitation of this land. This glorious day He will come and stand on the Mt of Olives in Jerusalem. God is that not great news!! God Himself will restore what He created for His Holy purpose right from the beginning. The City of Jerusalem will become the place where all nations will gather. Isaiah 2:3-4 The mountain of the house of God will be established as the chief of the mountains, And will be raised above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it. And many peoples will come and say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of God, To the house of the God of Jacob; That He may teach us concerning His ways And that we may walk in His paths. For the law will go forth from Zion And the word of God from Jerusalem. And He will judge between the nations, And will render decisions for many peoples; And they will hammer their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, And never again will they learn waraised above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it. We call out to all men! “Let’s go up to the mountain of God” The role of a watchman is vital to a full understanding of the work of God in the end time. Ezekiel:3:17 God said to the prophet Ezekiel, Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me Let us look at the role of a watchman to an ancient city and how does God use the role of a watchman to warn and teach us. What does it really mean to every believer? In the times we are living today we experience the works of God and how this world comes to a prophetic revelation which had been declared from ancient times. In ancient times large watchtowers were placed overlooking the fields. As the crops were ripening toward harvest, men would stand watch, guarding the fields from animals or from thieves who would come to steal off from the crops. The whatsmans role was critical to all who would live from that main food supply. Several references in Scripture refers to a watchman on the city walls and his important roll at all times. He was situated on a spot from which he could monitor the approaches to the town and warn if any danger approach. If a threat appeared, he would sound a warning of the Shofar and the town would shut its gates and prepare for battle. The watchman standing on the wall observing the daily life of the city. He could see much of the activity in the streets and markets. He knew the regular people by their name, their works, their habits and lifestyles. With his vital important position near the city gate, he also observed every movement of the wrongdoers. His role was not just to stand and watch but also deliver messages of warning and instruction as the city depended on him. Ezekiel:3:17 God told the prophet to warn Israel of its sins and His impending punishment, saying, Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me.
