CALLING ALL ANIMAL LOVERS WERE HAVING A RAFFLE FOR A VERY GOOD CAUSE....my sweet friend Claudette Fischer came home to her six dogs only to find her 4 year old neutered male Malinois had been attacked by his brother. The vet theorizes that Gerau had a seizure and his brother, Mojo, instinctively attacked the weakened/ ill canine. Beautiful Gerau was left fighting for his life by the time Claudette arrived at the vet with him. She directed the vet to do all they could do. Despite best efforts, Gerau did not make it. Claudette Fischer, her husband and all of her animals (including a rescue lemur that lives with them), are in mourning over the loss of a member of the family. Meanwhile, Claudette faces bills from the vets office of over $4,000.00.
