CALLING ALL SCOTTISH DRUIDS AND PAGANS!! Can you please help Athanasios with research for a Masters Degree? -: My name is Athanasios Barmpalexis, from Thessaloniki, Greece. I am currently a postgraduate student at the Elphinstone Institute, University of Aberdeen, doing my Master’s Degree in Ethnology and Folklore. I am planning to do my MLitt dissertation on witchcraft, the occult and neo-paganism in contemporary Scottish context. I would like to find and interview people willing to share with me their beliefs about witchcraft, the occult, spirituality, and their relationship with mainstream society. My project aims to find out more about how people in Scotland think and feel about their religious and/or spiritual beliefs, and what types of related memories and/or experiences they may have. All contributions will be treated with all the sensitivity and respect that such a personal and important topic deserves and in accordance with the University of Aberdeen data protection rules.
