CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS - JWF & PROJECT PABST As many of you may know, The Jeremy Wilson Foundation is involved with Project Pabst - projectpabst, a three day music festival taking place on the waterfront and in area clubs September 26th - 28th. This is an exciting opportunity for the foundation to spread the word about our JWF Musicians Emergency Healthcare Fund and additionally $1.00 of every ticket sold from the festival is being donated by Pabst Blue Ribbon to the JWF. The JWF is seeking 10 volunteers to work Saturday Sept 27th and/or Sunday Sept 28th at our JWF Info Booth at the Daytime concerts. You’ll be able to work the booth and hear the music, and when your shift is over during breaks, be able to attend the concert as well. I need to cover Sat and Sunday from 11 am until 10 pm both days. (A familiarity with the internet, Twitter, Facebook, and if you have a Smart Phone, is very helpful.) We are also seeking an additional 10 people, or more, to represent JWF at the evening shows - 2 reps per club both Friday Sept 26th and Saturday Sept 27th. (Owning a Smart Phone would be very helpful as well.) Any volunteers that would be willing to work part or all of the event(s) would be greatly appreciated! Additionally, we are seeking volunteers over the next 10 days leading up to the festival to help us get organized and ready. We are most specially seeking help with: JWF Website & WordPress; graphics (PhotoShop and Illustrator); Volunteer coordination and event coordination. Please let us know if there are any times before or during the festival that you would be willing to donate your time as soon as possible.
