Festival will be held on Saturday, February 14th starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center in West Valley City 1. TRADITIONAL CLOTHING CONTEST FOR KIDS - Children from ages 4 to 7, boys AND girls - Must wear a Vietnamese outfit (doesnt matter what kind or from what region) - Must be able to introduce their name, age, and parents names (optional) in Vietnamese - First prize: $20.00, second prize: $15.00, third prize: $10.00 - All contestants will receive souvenirs 2.
