CALLOUT: Whilst holding our second day of fundraising at Dovedale, the team were approached by a woman who had come across an injured walker on the far side of Thorpe Cloud. Team members were quickly on scene to provide treatment for the 54yo man, who had slipped on a grassy slope and injured his ankle whilst out walking with his wife. He was treated and evacuated to a track where he was transferred to a road ambulance for onward transport to hospital.
