CAMP CASEY, South Korea (17 October 2014) - Charlie Battery, 1st Battalion, 38th Field Artillery, bid farewell to a fine Battery Commander, CPT Juan Noda, and welcomed the new Commander, CPT Andrew Pingrey, with a traditional Change of Command ceremony. The ceremony marks not just CPT Nodas separation from Charlie Battery but also his separation from the United States Army, as he moves forward with his noble and worthy goal to become a doctor. COL Lawson and CSM Brinton were in attendance and said their goodbyes to this fine officer.
