RESCUE NEEDED DESPERATELY FOR PREGNANT NEGLECTED GIRL if you know of anyone who can help this dog in Jackson County Ohio, please contact bjedwardsjjjjj@yahoo. This poor dog has been living on her own at a lake--we are now hearing from people who have seen her at that lake for quite some time. She was taken to the vet this morning. She is VERY PREGNANT--could be having her babies within days. She also has Demodex and double eye infection. The vet put her on antibiotics and checking into a safe treatment for her Demodex while she is carrying her babies. If there is no safe treatment she will need to wait until the babies are born to begin treatment. She is a wonderful dog...a real heartbreaker!! She is very, very friendly and could not stop wagging her tail at the vet office. She weighs around 45 lbs. We are trying desperately to find a rescue for her to safely have her babies and begin treatment for her Demodex so that she can become the beautiful dog we know she will be.
