CAN YOUR FAITH STAND THE TEST OF LIFE? The difference between the house built on the rock and the one built on the sand is only revealed in the storm! So it is with our faith! Only lifes storms reveal the true reliability of our faith to ourselves, to others, and to God! Again, the genuineness of/reality of/depth of a persons faith in God is only revealed while in the storms of their life and by their attitudes towards God while they are in their storms! Anyone can be a Christian in the sunshine of life! But, are you a trusting, faithful believer in the storms of your life? In your storms, do you give thanks or complain? Do you bless God or accuse Him! There is absolutely NO PLACE in the Bible where God ever promised to make our temporal lives pain-free, problem-free, or pressure-free! NO PLACE! This temporal life is NOT HEAVEN and was not designed or intended to be heaven. Sorrow was designed into the temporal life from the beginning! Death is a certainty so then is sorrow. NEITHER make God unjust or unloving! All death and sorrow prove is that this life is temporary and that we should be seriously considering our eternal destination! The Lords promise to NEVER leave us or forsake us covers EVERY eventuality of life! Its our choice either to receive the comfort of His presence or to reject it! If you feel alone and uncomforted, then it is your choice! He is no respecter of persons! Our Heavenly Father will never reject your genuine, honest, and humble efforts to come to Him for fellowship and comfort! NEVER! Grace, mercy, and peace from the Father be upon you, in Jesus name!
