CANT FIX THAT SHOULDER ISSUE? Thoracic flexion and a lack of thoracic mobility can be exacerbated by being in constant rotation causing further shoulder issues and a term - Ive made up :) called postural frustration. Think about it this way, Your right shoulder and hip sit forward and internally rotated (like an office worker) but all youre focusing on is rhomboid and lower trap activation of the right scapula to fix the internally rotated shoulder. Yes, it may work. But only for a short period of time. The trick is to treat the pattern of rotation. Reset hips and shoulder, re-engage hips and shoulder then reload rotation pattern. Oh yeh and you should probably check foot stability - anyone know why I would suggest this? JF
