CAP meeting highlights: 1) No drone was flying over Central near Portage Park. 2) KKK on your garage is the Pachucos. 3) Steinmetz is having a carnival and neighbors are upset they were not told before hand. 4) A gang with Blue and White colors has been causing trouble on Diversey and Central 5) A biker club has been trying to rent space at 5411 Diversey but are being blocked out. 6) The Occupy movement has been helping squatters in the Belmont Cragin area. 7) Call 911 if parties are loud after 10 p.m.
