CAPO Nationals. 250kg squat / 170kg bench / 220kg deadlift @ 88.95kg @ 19 years old One of my worst performances to date but a good thing is that i get to start training tomorrow opposed to having a week off and coming back weaker. Theres 16 weeks until GPA Worlds so that gives me about 15 weeks of actual training. Few things i can focus on: - legs caving in when squatting - activating my glutes when squatting - finally get to do deadlifts in my program Coaching/programming will be done by Bondi Strength Co as usual :)
