On the spot Napkin Folding (1 participant per school, 2 min) Participants must execute 5 basic folds and 1 creative fold in 20” x20”sized napkins. Criteria: Speed 20% neatness 10% creativity 10% complexity of choice folds 30% impressive finished product & presentation30% On the spot Table Skirting (5 participants, 25 min.) Participants should provide own cloth for skirting, pins, thumbtacks, etc. in a minimum of 2 x 3 size. No pre-ironed cloth or readymade /sewn skirting nor readymade decorations except 1 centerpiece will be allowed. A card stating the style of skirting used and the number given to a participating school is required. Table décor and centerpiece matching the table setting will be allowed. A menu card or folder reflecting the participants’ course menu with corresponding beverage/wine is required. Participants shall be responsible for the security of the displays.
