CAREER GUIDANCE TO YOUTH Dear Friends, Confidence comes automatically from hard work. If you do not have Confidence to enter an examination hall or Interview hall means, you did not do enough hard work as simple as that. If you did enough hard work then you will confidently enter both the rooms. Please remember that there is nothing great in qualifications like BTECH from IITs/JNTU/local colleges etc. Everybody is equal on this earth and only difference is FOCUS and hard work. To quote an example, with BSC Degree, I beat many BTECH graduates for an overseas it is nothing great. It is just confidence from hard work. Hence I consider qualification is just a sheet of paper which short-lists your resume to enter interview hall. Offer letter or appointment letter is also a sheet of paper which allows leaving from the interview room. If you are confident, you will return with a passed marks list or offer letter. Otherwise do not blame anyone or do not waste time. Just sit down and re engineering your process and plan for hard work.
