CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Producer Responsibilities: Production & Creative Brand Guardian • Conceptualize and produce promos and campaigns for the channel in accordance with the channel’s programming plans and channel’s guidelines • Conceptualize and produce Marketing/ Adsales/ Affiliate campaigns; this includes but is not limited to conceptualizing, writing scripts and promotional material, art directing promos and shoots, image spots, tune-in promos, vignettes, on-air campaigns • Produce, lead and direct on-location shoots for the various on-air activities and campaigns, for the channel, marketing and ad sales projects and events • Oversee the production process of a project from brief to on-air delivery • Manage production schedule, budgets and deliverables in a timely manner • Maintain and ensure that quality and channel’s brand standards are adhered to • Work closely with adsales, marketing partnerships and marketing teams to drive brand awareness, achieve revenue targets, through sound, cost effective and ‘on-brand’ creative and concepts that are in-line with Nickelodeon’s brand philosophies - be it for the channel or channel partners • Source and recommend production facilities, freelance/ independent designers/ design houses/ audio studios to work with – work closely with Senior Creative Manager and Production Manager to secure a production contract with them • Responsible for keeping track of all brand related creative (on-air/ print/ online) produced internally or externally in Malaysia • Point of contact for Malaysia team where production matters are concerned Requirements: • A Bachelors Degree, preferably in Arts/ Media/ Journalism/ Film/ English disciplines • At least 3 - 5 years’ of producing experience in Television/ Broadcast / Production; with background of conceptualizing & scriptwriting for On-Air Promotions environment • Strong at editing and cutting own promos • Proficient in English/ Bahasa Malay / Mandarin • Keen eye for graphics and graphic applications • Familiarize with production software – Final cut pro, creative suites and pro tools • Ability to manage and lead camera crew Interested candidate kindly call me at 012-4222338 or email me your latest resume at brendantangcareer@gmail
