CAREER PRESSURE MONDAY 3/2/14 Topic: WALK WITH THE WISE. PROVERBS 13:20- 23: “20 Walk with wise men, and thou shalt be wise; But the companion of fools shall smart for it.21 Evil pursueth sinners; But the righteous shall be recompensed with good.22 A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children; And the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the righteous.23 Much food is in the tillage of the poor; But there is that is destroyed by reason of injustice.” When you walk with those more knowledgeable than you, you are exposed to a wide range of information which can make you greater than you were, in time of pressure in your career what you need is the advice of wise men because with a wise counsel, you get to your destination quicker. God has given us the gift of men in all careers including the legal profession. How often do you look up to the men God gave for your growth? Let your heart be directed today to the one who will guide you like Ananias in Acts 9 who was sent from God to guide Saul from his blindness and through Ananias , Saul regain his sight. There are career helpers all around us only ask the Lord to direct you to them. PRAY: Take me to the one who can give me good counsel.
