CARETAKER VACANCY Second Chance animal rescue is looking for someone interested in caring for our facility and our cats. The facility is located at 24687 Highway 179, Boonville, Missouri. In exchange for the tasks listed below, Second Chance will supply a 3 room loft apartment, and all utilities except cable television. The apartment is wired for cable television, but the caretaker will be responsible for its fee. The caretaker will have access to a washer/dryer and to a shared fully equipped kitchen located in the adoption center but not in the apartment. The caretaker will be responsible for securing the facility each evening, caring for and feeding cats during inclement weather when volunteers are unable to get to the facility, administer medications to cats under a veterinarians supervision, cleaning the clinic area in preparation for clinic use, and keeping the Executive Director informed of any issues at the facility.
