CARLOW CHRISTMAS RALLYSPRINT DEC 27th FINAL INSTRUCTIONS 1 Issued 24/12 Firstly we would like to thank all those who entered the event as without your support events such as this would not be able to run. Mechanical Scrutiny will be held in the Scrutiny Area in the Paddock on Friday morning from 7.30am – 9.00am. Documentation Scrutiny must be completed as soon as you have passed Mechanical Scrutiny and no later than 9.30am. Gates will close to the Paddock area at 8.30am to ensure that the track is set up and clear to start familiarisation at 9.30am Due to weather concerns Familiarisation Run will be driven by competitors in competing cars from 9.30am to 10.30am and not on foot/bike. Given the large entry and to ensure we get as much use of the day as possible competitors will need to come early so we can start ON TIME Entries have been limited to the starters list posted online and entries will not be accepted on the day if the starting entry is full. Tyre Warming of any type, whether spinning wheels before the start or using tyre warming blankets etc., is strictly prohibited Competitors must make sure they are entered in the correct class before the start of the event Change of Officials Competitor/Driver Liaison Trevor Culbert Club Steward Ray Fitzpatrick Drivers briefing at 9:15am sharp in the Paddock area under the tower. Navigators aged 16 to 18 competing or navigating must have the signature of a parent or Guardian on the entry form. Proof of age of being over 16 may be required.
