CASE STUDY: Paul Clark, Sales Director. Paul was a sales advisor with a medium sized manufacturing company. His monthly results were normally slightly better than the other sales advisors. He had no formal training, but he was good at his job and knew hed make a great sales director. Over the course of 3 intensive weeks I coached Paul in everything from hard negotiation to speaking & presentation skills. Paul got the job despite fierce competition from more qualified candidates. Best of all, Paul was able to pay my fee as cut from the increase he saw in his salary over the first 3 pay cheques.
